EdNVest (Pty) Ltd approached Tangent Solutions (Pty) Ltd to address the seemingly next to impossible task, of assisting with our non-scalable monolithic application which required modernization and a platform that could scale with our business’s growth.
The aim of the partnership between Ednvest and Tangent Solutions was to deliver a highly scalable modern architecture and platform utilizing a multitude of Azure services to migrate their workloads into the Cloud. The solution built by the Tangent team, created a secure and highly scalable system which caters for Ednvest’s current as well as their future needs.The solution built by Tangent Solutions leveraged core Azure technologies such as Azure functions, cognitive services and Azure App Services. The solutions was built using .Net core and Angular 6 leveraging Azure’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) functions. Tangent Solutions also leveraged Azure’s PaaS functionality to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD).
EdNVest has a high level of automation with a robust product with significant improvements in availability. They are also positioned to implement rapid rollout of new features and evolve their platform using an CI/CD process with Azure DevOps. They are empowered to be responsive to newly identified issues and evolve their platform in response to shifts in their business logic.
